At Berg & Berg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
